Art collectives

In the Mykola Lysenko L’viv National Music Academy there are a student symphony orchestra, two chamber orchestras („Academy ” and „Perpetuum mobile”), student choir, folk instruments orchestra, wind instruments orchestra, bandurra ensemble, chamber ensembles etc. Two chamber orchestras of the Academy are well-known all over Ukraine. They are most interested in preserving a tradition of chamber music that has very profound roots in Ukraine. The Mykola Lysenko L’viv National Music Academy has an opera studio. It performs on the stage of Solomia Krushelnytska L’viv National Opera and Ballet Theatre.
